France won 2/4 games in the Wellington 7’s, losing to the champions in the form of the Blitzboks (45-0) and New Zealand (21-14) who finished fifth, as South Africa, Fiji and England claim the top 3 spots.

The Blitzboks further showed their dominance in the 7’s world, showing some true quality throughout the series, only conceding 22 points throughout the whole tournament; also claiming 1st by 12 points (63 total) , with Fiji coming in 2nd with 51 points from their games.
