We can’t get enough of these Six Nations squads as they look to be shaping up a quality year on both a male and female level. Now, it is Wales womens’ turn to release their squad for the much anticipated tournament.

Rowland Phillips has chosen 32 players to take with him on the quest for Six Nations glory, including his daughter Carys, who has luckily just returned from a neck injury. The 24 year old returned to play the weekend just gone, taking Wales past a top Ireland side for a satisfying win. Wales will be happy their captain is back for the tournament as they face what could be some tricky opposition.

Wales will go into the tournament with confidence following this win against Ireland, but they will not be complacent as they have a lot to do to keep up with their competition; especially England who look to keep their winning form and overturn France to get their hands back on the trophy. The Welsh will kick off the tournament against Italy on the 4th of February as their fellow home nation England will face France on the same day.

Below you can see Rowland Phillips’ choices for the Six Nations; we can’t wait to see if Phillips’ team can keep up with the competition, as they have a tough start to the tournament.

Who is your money on to take home the coveted trophy?
