With the World Cup done and dusted in England and the new four year cycle having begun for the World Cup in the land of the Rising Sun, everyone is excited for what beholds for their respective national teams. With the Springboks still without a coach (rumored to be between Allister Coetzee and Rassie Erasmus), one wonders what the team will look like on the 11th of June 2016 at DHL Newlands in Cape Town.

Even though the Irish have had a difficult 6 Nations so far, they will still be able to put a formidable side on the field that day with the likes of Sexton, Stander (South African born) and Kearney. I can almost promise you that Joe Schmidt and his coaching staff will target the Newlands test as the one they will be able to beat the Boks on their home ground.

Let’s hope that there is are injuries (jinxed) so here is the side I have selected purely on merit and experience with the odd new test comer. Handre Pollard was not taken in consideration due to his long term injury
