Warren Gatland will take the Lions on their tour of New Zealand this summer, and he is yet to choose the squad he will take in a quest for success.

In this video, Gatland discusses what it takes to become a top back rower, whilst Lions veteran Paul O’Connell gives us his views on how to be successful at openside, blindside and number eight.
