Wales side for Ireland game

Rob Howley is the first of the Six Nations coaches to release his squad for this weekends game. Wales face an Ireland side who will look to further the gap between themselves and the other home nations.

George North retains his place in the starting XV even after poor performances in the tournament so far. Will he be able to get back to top shape this weekend and help Wales push past Ireland?

Here’s what the Wales side looks like…

Starting XV: Leigh Halfpenny (Toulon); George North (Northampton Saints), Jonathan Davies (Scarlets), Scott Williams (Scarlets), Liam Williams (Scarlets); Dan Biggar (Ospreys), Rhys Webb (Ospreys); Rob Evans (Scarlets), Ken Owens (Scarlets), Tomas Francis (Exeter Chiefs), Jake Ball (Scarlets), Alun Wyn Jones (Ospreys, capt), Sam Warburton (Cardiff Blues), Justin Tipuric (Ospreys), Ross Moriarty (Gloucester Rugby).
