Jones believes England have no world class players.

Eddie Jones is yet again in the news after today’s Six Nations launch, where he premiered his black eye which he picked up with a slip in the bathroom; and also made a surprising statement.

Jones stated in the launch that England have no world class players. This could be argued against with players such as Ford and Itoje who have so much potential. Although, it could be seen as true, as we have the likes of Beauden Barrett and Savea holding the ‘world class’ barrier very high.

On the other hand, Eddie isn’t stupid, in fact the exact opposite when it comes to making things work. So, could this just be a clever ploy by Eddie to keep his team’s feet firmly grounded, following their unbelievable 2016 and high praises from across the Rugby world.

England go into the Six Nations missing some of their starting players through injury, but will open against France with their captain (Hartley) back in action.Who thinks England will triumph and take back the Six Nations trophy to England for a second consecutive year.
