England’s Current Squad Depth Is Absolutely Incredible

England kit

There may be arguments over which of England’s players can be considered World Class, however what you can’t argue with is this incredible squad depth.

Although many of the below players are unlikely to be seeing senior first team action for England anytime soon, there’s no doubt all of them could do a job if called upon to do so, and with at least five options in every position Stuart Lancaster has plenty of options should he need them.

  1. Number of world class players? Two.
Launchbury and Corbisiero. You could add Armitage, but since he’s not eligible for selection he doesn’t count.
